About Noel

This is Noel and he has just finished watching another episode of the “The Great British Baking Show” to take time out to tell you about himself.

Noel Mendez Medina is from Mexico. It was at home that with the support and motivation of his parents and siblings, he was inspired to use his imagination and start creating.

In his early 20’s Noel commenced studying culinary arts, a passion that he has pursued for the last ten years. Noel’s philosophy has always been to learn and work hard doing the thing he truly loves.

Art is also an inspiration for Noel’s creations. He believes that the spatula and the brush can share the same magic when color, imagination, and techniques are combined.

“At the end of the day, we all share the same joy that cakes, food, music, art and a hug can bring to all different types of celebrations. Being able to whisk, bake, spread, pipe and design are what compels me to keep creating. Getting paid to do this is the bonus.”
